Inside Sales

RFMW has several inside sales positions available in key locations in North America. The Inside sales responsibilities include working with and supporting the Field Sales Engineers in the territory as well as supporting the customer base with customer service and recommendations and support on our supplier's components for RF and Microwave applications.

The qualified candidates should have customer service, inside sales or sales support experience, excellent communication skills, and be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree and/or a background in RF and Microwave related product sales are a plus.

Field Sales Engineers

RFMW has several Field Sales Engineering positions available in key locations in North America. The Field Sales Engineers responsibilities include 100% sales and customer accountability, demand creation responsibility, and maintaining supplier and rep relationships in the defined region .

The qualified candidates should have 5+ years of Outside Sales, including Field Sales Engineering or Field Application Engineering experience in the RF and Microwave markets. The candidate should possess excellent customer relationships, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record for sales performance. A Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and/or related background is a requirement.
