M/A-COM Technology Solutions Introduces Two New High-Power
Broadband Switches for WiMAX and Wi-Fi Applications

The MASW-000834-13560T PIN diode is a 50W SP2T broadband, high linearity, common anode T/R switch that is ideally suited for high power WiMAX and Wi-Fi applications. 

The MASW-000825-12770T is a SP2T, 20W PIN diode switch  in a 3mm QFN package. 64dBm IIP3 offers maximum performance for WiMAX and TD-SCDMA applications.
