RFMW U.S. OPERATIONS UPDATE
STATUS REPORT - Friday July 17, 2020
RFMW WAREHOUSE - FULLY OPERATIONAL:
San Jose, CA where RFMW is headquartered and the location of their principal warehouse is now under shelter-in-place orders from the state government. It has been determined that warehouse operations can be maintained at this time and shipping and receiving will continue, though it may be at reduced capacity. As long as the carriers continue to pick-up and drop-off, we intend to ship and receive. We encourage customers who are involved in anything directly involved with combating COVID-19 to let their RFMW sales rep know so that we can prioritize their orders and requests.
STATUS REPORT - FRIDAY MARCH 20, 2020
The situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve rapidly. First and foremost on our mind is the health and wellbeing of our employees.
Along those lines, there have been new guidelines and orders on the California State and Federal Government levels which we are reviewing in order to continue to make sure we comply.
This California State order is clearer and more specific. To that point, we are operating as best as possible accordingly. We’re keeping our warehouse operations going, minimally, based on being essential to the defense supply chain.

RFMW SALES, ENGINEERING, PRODUCT & SUPPORT TEAMS:
These groups are all working from their homes with full access to all systems. Customers and suppliers can contact them as they normally would. Phone calls will find them automatically. The field salespeople have been restricted from visiting customers and suppliers in-person until at least April 30th. In many cases, the salespeople and product managers have video conferencing capability and have been encouraged to video conference as a way of maintaining more personal contact during this time of self-imposed isolation and social distancing.
COMMITMENT TO BUSINESS CONTINUITY:
Though the disruption to normal business flows and interactions is extreme, RFMW is well positioned to continue to fulfill our role in our customers’ and suppliers’ supply chains, and support customer engineering teams where needed. Given that customer new product development and launch can have an extended time frame, we believe that there will continue to be demand for much of what we do.
