Overview:
Qorvo's CMD119P3 is a broadband GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier MMIC housed in a leadless 3x3 mm plastic surface mount (SMT) package. The CMD119P3 LNA is ideally suited for microwave radios and C and X band applications where small size and low power consumption are critical design requirements. The broadband device delivers greater than 22 dB of gain with a corresponding output 1 dB compression point of +11 dBm and a noise figure of 1.2 dB. The CMD119P3 is a 50 ohm matched design eliminating the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. The CMD119P3 amplifier is the perfect alternative to costly hybrid amplifiers.
