Conflict Minerals

RFMW is fully aware of U.S. Congress HR 4173, specifically with regard to section 1502-Conflict Minerals. We continue to monitor the ongoing SEC
developments and are committed to helping our customers comply with all reporting requirements, where applicable.

To aid customers in determining the component manufacturer’s Conflict Mineral position, RFMW is providing links to our manufacturer’s Conflict Minerals Templates (CMRT) below, under “All Manufacturers”.

Manufacturers have made it clear that their distributors are not authorized to provide this complex data to the end customer, as traditional component

distribution activities are not within the scope of the bill’s definition of reporting requirements. However, RFMW realizes the importance of this initiative and fully supports its spirit. To assist our customers in their due diligence responsibilities, we have developed this program to compile and present our component manufacturer’s CMRT templates for customer needs.

Information from manufacturers is becoming more readily available. RFMW continues our earnest efforts to facilitate the timely flow of information as it becomes available. If you need additional information, please reach out to the manufacturer directly.
