The Modelithics models are compatible with many of the leading EDA software tools, including: Keysight ADS, Cadence® AWR Design Environment®, Ansys® HFSS™, Keysight Genesys, Cadence Spectre RF, Keysight SystemVue, Sonnet® Suites, and Mathworks® Matlab® with additional compatibility for other EDA tools in development.

An example of such an arrangement is the Modelithics Qorvo GaN Library®, a fully sponsored library distributed for free by Modelithics under sponsorship of Qorvo.
