Rakon has announced the release of the world’s smallest ASIC based OCXO meeting the stringent requirements of 5G Remote Radio Head (RRH), small cell, optical network and microwave transmission system applications. Rakon's 7x5mm OCXO based on their ROM7050PA platform combines Rakon’s renowned patented Mercury+™ASIC with advanced SC-cut strip crystal technology to deliver excellent frequency stability in a miniature package.
